2025-2026 HOLTON YOUTH BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION
              ***Open for all Holton USD 336 student athletes entering grades K-8***

Membership Fee:  $50 or $65* / athlete

Membership Year:  Sept 1, 2025 - Aug 31, 2026

Membership Perks:
▶️  Choice of either a membership T-Shirt or a basketball (size 28.5) or BOTH!
      *If you want both please plan to pay an additional $15  (Total fee due $65 / athlete)
▶️  Free admission to ALL home varsity basketball games
▶️  Access to unlimited skill sessions during the winter & summer months
▶️  Free registration to the November 2025 & January 2026 HYBA Tournaments
▶️  Discounts to future HYBA hosted events

NOTE:  Please register by November 1, 2025
- Members will receive t-shirt at 1st home varsity basketball game Dec 5th
- Basketballs will be handed out as soon as they arrive
- Financial assistance available upon request
